Pricing

Why do you see two prices when you pay a vendor?
Because Little 2 Large group members receive a 10% discount on most purchases. This discounted price is the lesser of the two prices shown. Be sure to wear your group tag before making the purchase.

Exchanges/Refunds

Only if you buy the SAME item twice by mistake and the item is NO TRANSFER. Please send a notecard to Zevyah Resident.
There are no refunds for wrong purchases. I clearly mark my products with the sizes that are compatible with each one.

Failed Transaction

Please send Zevyah Resident a notecard with your FULL SL NAME (Not Display Name) and the transaction details and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Failed Delivery from SL Marketplace

If you don’t receive an item bought on the SL Marketplace please wait 8 hours before writing to me; Linden Lab itself specifies that your delivery could take up to 8 hours depending on server load and this means also that I can’t use the re-deliver function before 8 hours have passed.
If after this time you still haven’t received your item, check first if you have been billed at all (Linden Lab should refund you automatically if they can’t deliver the item for some reason).
So, to sum it up: if you’ve been billed and haven’t received your item after 8 hours, please drop me a notecard following the procedure above, thank you.
Remember: if you are in "busy mode", you CANNOT receive your item from the Marketplace.

Custom Requests

I do not accept requests for *exclusive to you* NEW custom items. I will consider customizing a product that is already part of my inventory and I will accept suggestions for new general release products.
